Before we dive into the details, could you briefly introduce yourself?

We, Ann-Kathrin (36) and Mortimer (42), are a family with four kids. Three boys in the age of 4, 7, 8 and a girl of 6. When we are not on Mallorca we are living in Frankfurt, Germany.

We would love to share a bit about you as a person with our customers. Would you like to tell us more about yourself?

Unfortunately, we are working alot, so free time activities are limited. But a few times a year we are enjoying our holdidays with the kids and friends on Mallorca but also for skiing in winter time.

When and in what way did this property come into your life and what motivated you to make it a part of your life?

Ann-Kathrin came up with the idea of buying a finca on Mallorca. Following several "weekend trips" and a huge number of site visits of various fincas, we almost gave it up. But the real estate agent convinced us to have a final look at what she mentioned to be a very special property. When we arrived there the first time, we immediately realised that this property with its amazing view and atmosphere was a raw diamond.

Can you tell us more about the process of renovating and furnishing your property?

It was a long journey of 1.5 years and hard work to get this done, but there was always a clear picture of what this would ultimately look like and we are very happy with the result.

On a personal level, what makes your property truly special for you? Any standout memories or moments that make it dear to your heart?

It is our "happy place". When we arrive and the gate opens the first time and we step on the terrasse to enjoy the view, it is immediately relaxing. We have never enjoyed this feeling anywhere else before.

How would you describe the atmosphere and interior of your property?

It was our aim to make this finca a "home" also for our guests. We have therefore equipped the finca with natural local and highest quality goods. It is important to us that our guests find everything they need, similar to a 5* Hotel.

Which part of your property do you love the most, and why?

To enjoy a Sundowner on the pool deck is a very special feeling. As well as big family dinner on the terrasse.

What makes the location where your accommodation is located unique and special?

Our finca is located in Ariany, a small but beautiful village only a few minutes to the beach. It is quiet and has an amazing view on the Tramuntana mountain, but at the same time you can achieve a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery or a restaurant within walking distance. We have never again seen this combination of having so much space, unrestricted view and central location at the same time. Truly unique

Are there any sustainable or eco-friendly applications associated with your property that you are proud of?

We are using our own spring for watering the garden of our property and we also support the electricity need of our finca with a PV system located on the roof.

What motivated or inspired you to rent your property to guests?

Our finca already had a tourist license at the time of purchase, so it was clear to us that we will continue to provide this unique property to guests. We only wanted to do it better.

Can you paint a vivid picture of the overall experience someone can expect when staying at your property?

The finca is perfect for big or multiple families with kids of all age, who can have fun at the tennis court, pool or trampoline. It is a spacious place for the entire family with endless sundowners and a unique atmosphere.

In what ways does your property stand out from others? What unique features or characteristics make it a one-of-a-kind experience for guests?

When you enter the finca it is a feeling of luxurous privacy and spacious property but at the same time it is located within walking distance to everything you need. This is only topped by a private tennis court directly on the property.

Can you share the best compliment you've received from a guest?

We have heard numerous times that especially the kids did not want to leave and go back home. We have had a familiy who visited our finca three times in the same year. This was a huge compliment to us that we are doing the right thing.

What do you hope guests will take away or remember most from their stay in your accommodation?

We love to hear that our guests had a great family time when staying at our finca.

Do you have any recommendations for guests to fully enjoy their holiday?

We would recommend to visit Playa de Muro, a beautiful beach only 10-15 min from our finca and enjoy the beach or have a drink or lunch at Ponderosa Beach or Numa Beach Club.
