Casa Centofinestre is a luxurious and fully renovated country house in the south of Le Marche, 30 minutes from the most gorgeous beaches. The holiday home is marked by a minimalist design selected from interior designers such as Fritz Hansen, Vitra, Cassina, Arclinea, Boffi, Menu, Flos, Artemide, and Groppi... from contemporary to original vintage design collections.

The renovation has been guided by Studio Pignattai & Rabagli Associati. The original state of the farm has been conserved, while the interior has been partially refurbished in a minimal and comfortable style. There are 12 sleeping places in 5 bedrooms; 4 bedrooms are in the main building and one in the annex, an independent guest house. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom on the first floor of the main house features a marvellous freestanding bath with views over the rolling hills.

The living room on the ground floor has a vaulted ceiling and is home to the showpiece of the house, the kitchen with a 5-meters long stainless steel cooking island of Arclinea. A second large living room, on the first floor, reveals an ancient fireplace and offers room for 2 additional guests on a sofa bed.

Outside in the southwestern part of the garden, is a spacious terrace with a large dining table for 12 people and a dreamlike natural stone pool of 4x14m. Also, enjoy the 360-degree views of the hilly landscape with rotating plantations such as sunflowers and corn.
